Homesick- sad or depressed from a longing for home or family while away from them for a long time. I wrote this free-written poem while I was dealing with an eternal longing to see a place I can only visit in my dreams; This is…

Eternal Desire

How should I proceed?

Shall I weed out this weakness,

this fading bliss which grows from ignorance into substance, rather than faded wish’s,

imagination lands on the mind as soft as true loves kisses;

my vision for this life is paradise.

I find the breeze of this vanishing dream cold when played in memory, awaking to a forcefully imposed reality.

Knowing this is all temporary;

The eye’s of my soul still remain hungry, desiring to see My…,

The origin of time where only spirits roam…..

birth of soul

Birth of Soul

Letting go of the past I cast stones at the image in mirror,

burying this Historic figure,

which triggered the self destruct, beneath pens and needles;

I touch the real flesh,

of heart,

this pliable form starts expressing freedom

I fled to that which bled from Son my GOD, JESUS CHRIST, WON

the battle for me, before me, the way was paved when skin tore

from skin torn

Isn’t it funny how at the end of the hectic situations we go through in life we can look back and see things so clearly. The very thing you thought would be your undoing was actually your stepping stone to greatness…, only if we could see that while where going through the seeming adversities of our lives; I think this scripture says it best ( James 1: 2-4 ) My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. This is…

Yes Hind Site is 20-20: But isn’t it funny how we run through life making decisions not even thinking twice,

Until we’re face to face with the consequences of the actions of the mind, struggling to see that all things make since after time,

But again my wish for me & those who think back looking at regrets is that we could look at our situations as perfect.

I desire that we would see that all things are for our good.

Only if I could believe what I see by faith. I would receive the strength that comes in the prayers that run to the throne of Grace…,

Only if I could see that the future is working for me; maybe then I would desire to hold on-

I would desire to stay in the land of the living giving thanks for each day:

But I digress & again I say, “hind site is 20-20 isn’t it funny…?”

To simply put it this is a prayer of desperation

By Edward LIMITLESS Taylor III

I proceed to the throne, every weight I bare has the stench of ” alone “; I boldly come with my situations laying my burdens down, asking if you would lift my cares hearing my cries of despair. My heart bleeds as my soul pleads for your strength- I’ve come to the end of myself having done all I could do, God I need you! Bring me through, remember your Son when I call please don’t let me fall; lift me up all I need from you is one touch, one taste of your grace, just one word to erase and replace all doubt. I lay abased in humility hungry to be in your presence, your loving comfort thrusts me into complete reverence. I need you O’ God. I am desperate for you; activate the hope that lies with-in. One word of faith is all it will take to… change my life….

“He’s/or she’s a BEAST” is a term I hear all to frequently normally attributed to one that shows an act of complete dominance in an area: However we Have forgotten that it was a fallen angel in the form of a serpent; a subtle beast with an angelic essence dripping from it’s poisonous tongue. Delivering truth suppressant’s that defiled the ideal definition of true good: darkening the knowledge of man, the light we no-longer understand, thus Man became Fallen Man. The first victim of Reality Theft is now left with the fading memories of a paradise lost. He now tells his story. This is…

Faded Glory
by Edward LIMITLESS Taylor III

How shall I begin…? Let’s see… I know! Take heed, don’t ignore me this is the story of faded glory. It started out like any other day in the garden, I spoke my orders & creation would obey. Giving creatures a title was my On the Job Training; then I’d walk with God in the cool of the day. But this day was different, it’s like my hearts desire spoke & my imagination listened, next thing I know… I’m asleep; when I awoke I scoped my vision. This is Woman, for she came from my wound. My desire became her desire which consumed us both; turning us from welcomed friends to casted out enemies- For little did I know- in the shadows loomed a serpent equipped with a plan to entice Man with the very thing God restrained him from- LORD THE WOMAN YOU GAVE ME- & so I bit, hoping the vision of new dimensions would begin to exist: But instead my eyes grew dark, as if the light in them quickly departed; I looked at that Woman unable to understand what my eyes perceived, the shame of our nakedness…

…we tried to retrieve the Glory that clothed us, but our garments became Ichabod, we tried to cover our shame by sewing fig leaves then the cool of the day came. I crouched low, like a beast, but my judgement still found me; I even tried to pass the buck but still ended up stuck with the blame. Our glory has faded our sin exchanged it; it departed from me- all because of THAT Serpent enticing THAT Woman you gave me…
MAN…! Now with the sweat of my brow I slave away the memories made before time became a value: before the onset of decay. I’ll never forget the day I stopped living: the day I stopped spiritually existing, or that split second of rebellion- how can I tell my children I failed them- I died inside the moment I held them, knowing their days where numbered. So I tell you this Enoch in case God comes to you in the cool of the day. Heed your elder don’t let your glory fade away….

He is the way the truth and the life: He’s a supernatural King that cared enough to give his life that we may live & I’m so thankful. This is…

The Sacrifice of Truth
by Edward LIMITLESS Taylor III

From the throne room to a virgins womb; sent on a mission to bring division like light and darkness, lie’s and honesty: too embrace those’s who greeted me with open hostility. I knew it was time to move when I heard the hearts of my people screaming for freedom; so I came to bleed for them. I AM the Light that leads them. I took the position of a servant until it was time to run, activated, about my Fathers business my story has begun. I recruited 12 witnesses to walk with me recording my works into history, their teachings would testify of Me. For the glory of my Father I despised the shame of open humiliation knowing from this I will inherit a nation, the ones who where rejected I have taken & perfected. I took their sin’s on, upon my shoulders, I carried them to the grave then rose to roll the stone from the face of the cave. I walked with my brethren, seen by five hundred of them, then ascended into the clouds glorified again….

Feelings that flood, emotions that overflow, heaviness that weighed on the strength you carry just means you’ve been: Caught- (to overtake someone) by the beginning of the end of your storm; this is…

by Edward LIMITLESS Taylor

Caught in a tear drop storm, time stands still granting a break from the norm; tears fall caught up in the course of it all, felling like I hit a wall, motivation hit a stall caught up in a tear drop water fall. Tear drops fall from a hopeless expression, red eyed & exhausted from the none stop. Expecting my change to come with the greeting of a new Sun. I look around surveying this frozen scene, so serene knowing my own pain, coveting solace from this troublesome tempest; I wish this storm could wash away the burdens these tears display. Caught in a tear drop storm awaiting the day Daybreaks, transforming this disturbance of tears into a calm so tranquil leaving me thankful to see the joyful ray’s of sun-shine letting me know that it’s my time….

Ever have one of those moments where something you’ve thought about all of a sudden makes sence? It’s like a light bulb comes on in your head and you come to the realization of a great mystery, well this is a poem of one of those moments, this is an EPIPHANY ( A sudden, intuitive perception of or insight into the reality or essential meaning of something, usually initiated by some simple, homely, or commonplace occurrence or experience.) of ME…

An Epiphany of ME

Edward Taylor III

God shines down on ME;

The sun smiles down on ME;

I can feel the rain drops of hope that fall to refresh weary dreaming…

Delighted gazes pierce the silver shaded sky,

Rays of praise parts the grays so I can see…

God shines down on ME;

The sun smiles down on ME;

Seeing the melody of life flow like musical notes on a page they show…

A mystery accompanied by blue nights & diamond days they play questions,

Who am I , who am I supposed to be, & most importantly, who did God create me to be?

The answers are revealed as God opens the seals, like an ancient book, exposing…

I look up to see God shining down on ME;

The sun smiling down on ME;

Smile back…

And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren. (LK 22:31-32) We stand! We stand on the front lines of a battle which rages in our minds; there are times where it would “seem like” this battle goes ill, BUT TO GOD BE THE GLORY, this is a battle in a war that’s already WON, Therefore I stand with my arms raised & my fists clenched, my shout joining the symphony of victorious lifted voices as we declare to the enemy…

You Can’t Sift Me!

By Edward Taylor III

What are these thoughts trying to penetrate the sanctuary of my mind? What are these invading pressures trying to compel me to lend my members to them?

Pictures of enticing images parade themselves before my mind’s eye. I feel the heat of the fiery darts as they attempt to ignite the senseless passion lying dormant with in my flesh;

Then I catch sight of a second adversary lurking in the shadows; heavy with gloom are the dark unsettling clouds of depression, circling me like a pack of ravenous wolves,

Cold & thoughtless is this spirit with no remorse it seeks to destroy all that I hold dear, then I hear it, the unsheathing of a sword wielded by the third agent of darkness sent against me;

Offence is its name & with carefully chosen words it takes aim with the intent of unleashing ego, anger, & pride, the three-headed beast I keep under lock & key;

I have to stay on guard because with well placed & timed offensive words I could be thrown off my highway falling victim to the three-headed beast. I feel a bead of sweat fall from my brow as the raging battle takes place with in me;

Taking up my spiritual sword I cast down every ungodly thought that tries to exalt itself above my King, remembering the promise I have, my faith begins to compass me about as a shield strengthening my hope quenching all thoughts contrary, as overwhelming forgiveness overruns all offences,

I begin to see piercing rays of light penetrate through the darkness, I exchange this heavy spirit for the garment of praise, I rejoice at the remembrance that my LORD Jesus prayed for my faith to fail not, I shabock my King, then with a loud shout I let out my decree of victory,

“You can’t sift Me”!!!

The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.(Isa 61: 1-3) We all have a stage, we all have a message, we all have a purpose in the body of Christ; some will stand with a microphone, some will sit with a pen, But we’ll all in our own unique way loudly say ” For the glory of Christ”…

This is Why I Came

by Edward Taylor III

Who am I?

Well let me explain.

See, you can call me dominion, cause I’m fresh out of religions prison, My boots tread upon serpents & my head bares a crown.

The World-

that’s my kingdom,

The microphone-

that’s my queen,

& this stage here…!

This is where my words paint pictures & then with a melody I delicately places them in your mental mind frame, to be contained, safely tucked away in your dreams.

This is why I came,

Screaming like a wild man in the wilderness!

Messenger is in my name, I was given purpose new life found in divine service,

so how could I be nervous,

This is my stage!

This is where speakers deliver keys which open doors to clear blue skies & open meadows;

This is where wisdom’s cries are amplified exposing freedom for the mind to run & explore.

This is why I came,

For my name also contains Gods salvation,

& yes,

I can hear what your soul is craven,

No more vanity it’s say’n:

no more dreams slain by thieves in the night, no more hopeless delusions & empty promises,

no more excuses,

no more tears in the rain;

I only crave change….

Well, this is why I came;

Who am I?

I AM Gods messenger of salvation,

I’ve come to this stage to deliver to you your liberty;

For this is why I came….
