Storm Chasen
by Edward Taylor III

Stance firm in the midst of distracting life storms perfecting faith through the trials I face storm raging but it can’t erase the foundation, or whom my promise is based in, so I look towards the on coming clouds of intimidation realizing the strength with-in as I face them. I peruse my breakthrough found in the eye of this tempest no rest in this, I press until I enter. A child becoming Son, a being overcoming everything contrary, this storm has perfected me to a place known as ‘Fearless’ all the overcomer’s feel this, we persist with urgency ’till we all see that they see Kingdom coming, Son’s of God running domains putting to use the treasures gained from the pouring rain, Let us Reign rescuing creation from the hand of the cruel, we duel ’till victory we see drawing our weapons, swords of…

LIBERTY
by Edward Taylor III

I never knew I would’ve made it through with so much in
front of me still yet to do.

Oh LORD you know the time & the season, when I’ll find myself in front of the door, open to limitless possibilities;

I’ll go in this time having received liberty to walk free, a prince
sitting among princes I’ve been made to be.

The LORD caused me to stand still when I would’ve retreated, By Gods provision I found what I needed,

The past I feared – I’m no longer doomed to repeat it;

The enemies that besieged me are now defeated.

Through all my trials Gods seed still remains, through struggles,
heart ache, & pain…

God showed me the difference between that which endures and that which is vain,

Nolonger carrying the shame of my history I’m now able
to walk in Gods…

This is a poem I wrote a few years ago, I thought I lost one of my most favorite poems. This is…

PAPER, CANVAS, and SONG

LIMITLESS

Paper is just paper until written upon,

just like a canvas a painter bleeds on.

A song is just a song

until it’s sung by one with a beautiful voice;

but

not one can live by its own choice;

It takes the Creator

to bring life to paper, canvas, and song-

if not!

These things go on remaining unfruitful

until one comes to pick them up and make them useful.

By wisdom

The Creator breathes life through inspiration giving these

three a purpose that may change a nation.

Whether a best seller,

displayed in a Museum

or

soulfully sung in a Concert Hall

GOD

is the Creator that exalts them

All…….

When the crisp morning breeze plants the seeds of your dreams in your ear all of creation stands still just to hear every desire….

HOPE SPEAKS
by LIMITLESS

Time is patient,
The future is what you paint it;
The horror’s of your past I pray they fade quick.
Let the enemies of your dreams be vanquished.
Let your hopes rest on the throne next to where faith sits housed in Love
burning eternal.
Let the memories of your Joy be recorded in histories pages,
And
Please roam your world free,
Because
God never intended us to be locked in mental cages.
LIVE,
LOVE,
And BELIEVE you are a marvel to behold.
Now….
FACE
Your mirror and see who royalty is supposed to
BEHOLD….

1st John 4:7-8 “Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.”

Be Mastered by LOVE

by LIMITLESS

I’ve gotta get past the clicking point

and

pull the trigger-

I figure that my thoughts should lead to figures filling arena seats

just to hang on to every word preached,

“Love must be tested and proven”

-Apostle M. Waller,

teach’ed so I noted and quoted-

I believed therefore I spoke it;

by Gods grace my hope rests in a Promise unbreakable,

this belief produced un-feakable Love–

a word proven to be unshakable leading me to Salvation

when I thought I was un-savable.

Love broke the bars releasing my heart out of prison,

by the Grace of Gods divine enablement,

one Word became my Perfect Crisis Management:

“LOVE”….

Though they’re far and in between, I still find my moments to unleash inspiration

If I could get only a moment of quiet

I wouldn’t be in a inner riot

reaching for the steering wheel so I can pilot out of this storm

fallowing Gods Perfect Salvation waiting for paradise to form.

If I could get a moment of quiet,

commanding my fears to be still and silent;

I would spend it seeking wisdom’s key

hoping I’d find it

so I can bind understanding to my heart;

upon this quest I embark, walking swiftly out the dark..!

These next series of poems are my version of freestyle, I call it freetyping, I wrote what came to mind in that moment, here’s the first with a little editing, This is…

one of my very first poems in free-writing style

UNLAWFUL
by Edward (Flowx10) Taylor III

Patience held in contempt waiting for grace to hit. Mind now exposed to limitless favor ears captured by words…

…Nature changer…,

Mindsets shatter like glass…

…Truth blast,

NOW seed can grow like refreshed spring grass; AT LAST, hear the sound of chains dropping to ground, legs unbound,

feel… feel…

FEEL…

Blood rushing to ground, flowing to wrist, my lungs never tasted freedom like this.

Unrestricted vocals lash out in shout, eyes overloaded with joyful tears, crowns fall in worship as Kings kneel down,

…FREE AT LAST…

Shatters the shroud & rips the Vail, blindness is removed as glory shines through,

The LAMB was slain for sins that where mine, fulfilling the shadow leaving it cursed to a tree…

…HE FREED ME…

An unlawful abiding citizen…

As Christians we go through a lot of diverse situations that try our integrity, but to uphold that great commandment to love thy neighbor as thy self (Matt 19:19), seems to be our greatest challenge at times. Instead of being real with one another we tend to hide our true feelings behind a simple smile…

Behind a Smile
By Edward Taylor III

There’s a lot behind a smile, have you ever considered “What could be”? Hidden behind a pleasant face that seems to possess joy that will never fade could lay pain so deep that tears can no longer express it only with a smile the face can confess it.

There’s a lot behind a smile, like a dagger dipped in hate: aimed at the center of your soul; as soon as you turn your back on the smile it uses the sharp edge of its tongue to pierce your flesh & sever your spine while smiling the hole time. There’s a lot behind a smile let me describe a few, there’s the one that say’s I’m better then you.

Then there’s the one that hides behind a grin :0) because the smile doesn’t want you to know it captured…

Reflection

By Edward Taylor III

The calm ocean waves reflect the blurry shimmer of moonlight as it struggles to penetrate the thick hazy sky. Clouds litter the midnight sky only allowing a glimpse at the striking beauty they conceal.

The stars are hidden by the collection of vapors heavy with the burden of rain, as the clouds move on, the night is transformed by a sudden burst of light, it overwhelms the eclipse of darkness displaying the nights hidden beauty;

The Oceanside comes to life with the crashing of glittering waves; the smooth sand sparkles like a sea of crystal shards, the…

A Double Minded Conversation

by LIMITLESS

Why?!

Why do I hide who I am?

Am I afraid,

that if I show my true self exposing my souls wealth I might get robbed of all dignity

and honor

Why when Self & I talk it sounds like a barter;

Self & I involved in a give and take debate leaving

Me to mediate:

Self: “ YOU KNOW WHO YOU REALLY ARE, SO SHOW IT”

I:  “if I show all, I may fall in front of everyone, my fear has become”-

Self: “ BONDAGE, to You and Me, COME ON”

I: “I JUST WANT TO BE FREE;  that’s what I told Me”

Self:  “BUT HE AGREED WITH my-Self.”

I:  “I can’t deny the truth Self, but”

Self: “What! that’s not enough?”  “I’m tired of feeling crushed. I WANT YOU OUT.”

I: “I WANNA GET OUT, of my shell hidden no longer, that’s the only way WE will get stronger.”

Self: “Finally we agree…!”
