These last few days have been…

Depression is REAL…

It’s hard at times to find your way out.

By Gods grace, I have a strong support circle who is here to lift me up and keep me afloat.

It is TRUE

“TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK”

I hope and pray you have the same

strength with in you, as well as around  you.

Keep pushing forward,  learn the lesson of the day & move towards the next adventure.

LIFE is a one-time experience…

Dont spend it in the Dark of Depression…

THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO DISCOVER,

Not only in life,

but..,

Within yourself as well…

Besides…

Quitting has NEVER been an option…

Who do you spend the most time with?

MYSELF!

There MUST be a lounge in my head where these thoughts mingle.

Sitting with Cannabis cigar in hand,

Reflecting on the day & how it was spent.

Time investments made towards the portfolio of life.

Calculating ratios of wins vs. loses…

Adjusting the line-up of decisions that lay before the next day.

My eyes drift off to the distance exploring the scene.

My thoughts and I cycle outcomes of our next move on the chess board.

Spending countless hours contemplating each move made…

I would have to say myself…

Relaxed in recovery from 12 months of trauma-

Blunt impacts!

Head shots!

Seeing reality turn into movie scenes,

The news playing like movie screens.

Mentality under reconstruction refocusing perception.

Re-evaluated Life lessons these situations have uncovered.

Soul searched to find hidden Gem’s over shadowed by outside questions.

Finally dug deeper than ever past what’s hidden under surface to find…

A Fortune…!

Question, How can you help another, Truly, while YOURSELF is left wounded and broken? The Time you give to this Life must include setting aside for a little SELFISH therapy once and awhile 😎

Positively Selfish…

LIMITLESS

Waking up jumping into Me.

Strapping on the Worlds concerns.

Big Brother persuasions impact my canvas.

So I extract this blemish to begin to repaint in the shade of selfish ambition.

Sipping the Get right to focus the light observing the burdens SELFISHNESS has given.

When Gut bends this will to yield all I have, to the service of others,

CONTRADICTION.

Forsaking Self to reside behind shattered glass;

Mirrored Cuts scarring vision to only see a flawed giving of Self.

Let the healing begin!

How can I give what is broken?

Calling it good when the tarnished image continues to muster under surface…

This Greedy perspective of doing to be seen winning onlookers praise…

This is unhealthy, appearing to be benevolent when it’s only SELFISH EGO I feed starving the needs of my true SELF…

Let me reverse this outlook turning it inward facing the despicable truths of a wounded character-

Actor.

Activating the urge of applause,

Social junkfood.

Time to gather SELF!

Bringing into mind the desire, the will, to find the real SELF untangled from the false images presented.

Time to invest in this-

Take every lesson Learned and repeated,

Take every memory with you and I pray it’s more Love and Laughter than pain and misery;

You hold TIGHT too the Hope which Fuels your Dreams.

Simply Believe…

I can only really say take it day by day🤔

The mistakes made, simply learn from them…

The Promises made, Simply live by them…

The Vows given, Simply Cling to them with all you have…

The Future is written upon the pages of Today,
