What’s your #1 priority tomorrow?

Tomorrow is a calendar designation only.

When we awake and are aware of time, we have already stepped in today.

There is a reason it was recorded when said, “DO ALL YOU CAN DO TODAY”.

While it is yet TODAY…

Time is a delicate storm to navigate,

It can be squandered or captured. You can sieze the DAY or let it slip into memory.

Whatever encounters you today, the good the bad the beautiful and the ugly…

It is the choices you make throughout these 24 hrs. That makes the difference.

Lessons I have learned…

Once the day is done & you are blessed to lay your head down to lift it when the Sun or the alarm clock provokes you out of your sleep;

Know that, though it seems like the same routine realize that it’s all brand new.

Leave regret on the pillow wash off its residue step lively into your next moment…

Because these moments only come ONCE in a lifetime…

Please do well,  Don’t be super critical of the misteps you take.

Let your words flow with the fragrance of HOPE Kindness  & Love.

Guard your heart with all you have.

From your heart FLOWS the issues of LIFE…

Dont allow your issues to grow into problems…

Easier said than done, but that is why it’s called,

WORK…

The thing about adulting is that you have to handle what you are responsible for,

And WHO…

NEWSFLASH, the very 1st thing you are responsible for…

IS YOU…

WE LIVE, WE LOVE, WE GROW…

What’s the trait you value most about yourself?

An attribute that is not given lightly.

It is EARNED…

It is carefully given, extended to those who have shown they can be trusted.

It is not passed to those with flattering words, nor is it extend to those baring gifts.

LOYALTY is a proven sword that has proven its worth through every battle.

Loyalty has its scares & wounds, yet still through the fire, it is proven to be more valuable. 

Loyalty is a value of the heart that treasures it above itself…

The Worldwide History of Black Innovation.

The contributions made through invention.

Through discovery, Black culture has influenced the world in medicine.

Through industrial engineering.

Agriculture and Food
George Washington Carver: Developed hundreds of uses for peanuts and sweet potatoes and promoted crop rotation to improve soil health.

Frederick McKinley Jones: Invented automatic refrigeration for trucks and other vehicles, allowing for the global shipment of perishable goods.
Joseph Lee: Created a kneading machine to automate dough production for bakeries and restaurants.

Safety and Transport
Garrett Morgan: Patented the three-position traffic light and the gas mask.

Granville T. Woods: Made improvements to railroads, including the induction telegraph system that allowed communication between moving trains.

Alfred Cralle: Invented the one-handed ice cream scoop that is still used today.
Medical and Scientific Advancements

Dr. Charles Drew: A surgeon and researcher who developed techniques for storing blood plasma, which led to the creation of blood banks.

Feeling hopeless and ready to give up on Life itself…

I dont even think my pasture knew at the time how that simple statement changed everything for me.

SPIRITUAL PILLARS:

What would your life be like without music?

I can’t even imagine life without music.

Life without music…

One of the greatest creations Man has developed into art.

We express so much through our music, whatever the genre is.

Our joy, love. Pain…. memories, all captured by melodies in harmony played through instruments.

Musical instruments that have been discovered date back to the early days of mankind, ALL OVER THE WORLD.

Music is in our DNA…

A World without music…

Is a world without expression, beauty, and emotion.

I can’t even imagine what that world would look like or sound like…

So, BLAST your favorite song!

How do you celebrate holidays?

HOLIDAYS ARE FAMILY & FRIENDS TIME

Sit down for a moment is usually the thought after preparing for the day or the night of events.

The occasion makes it well worth it.

Spending time with family, friends, & FOOD!!!

Depending on the occasion, the menu is usually full of what everyone brought or bought.

Any occasion spending time with family members and friends makes time worth every second.

Smiles, laughter, & memories make it priceless.

With the reminder that not all of us are here to be seen or heard makes it even more precious.

The TIME we have together is unknown,

Therefore, there are some tears involved, from time to time.

Reminiscing about life…

Reflecting on lessons each of us has learned during the time apart helps fill the air with stories that help fill the air with emotions, which add value to every moment spent.

Recovering those lost to time refreshes their missing presence…

With a beautiful joy, we say hello with warm hugs,

Followed by Jabs to the ego as laughter spreads when your most embracing moments are shared by those closest to you.

The time is precious;

The reason to gather becomes bigger than the calendar date.

These moments remind us of the love we have anchored to us.

Family…

That’s what it really is about…

Whenever the pieces of your life come together in one place…

It’s the definition of a magic moment where…

Lost loved ones are resurrected with every recalled encounter…

We call to them when our thoughts run back to, DO YOU REMEMBER WHEN…?

Even writing this…

In our memories, our loved ones still exist…

Holiday…

What better occasion is there to see their smiles…

When we hear their voices…

When you reach the untouchable…

… Time has a sense of cruelty…

A double-edged sword…

Memories cords…

I think of these things as tears build in my eyes even know…

” DAMN I MISS YOU…”

My Family…

My friends…

These tears remind me…

I will see you again…

Until then, these occasions bring you back again…

I look up to the sky, knowing I will see you again…

CHERISH THE TIME YOU HAVE…

Every moment….

CHAPTER-

There are days when it’s not all bad…

Dealing with multiple sclerosis,

Plus, dealing with the trials of the day

make it that much more valuable;

when you get days where you feel

Somewhat Normal.

Im still on a mission to find a cure to defeat this adversary once and, truly, for ALL.

A cure for me & all who are walking this path with me…

It’s a different perspective on life when you are confronted with your own mortality.

It’s a festering thought in the back of the mind,

Taunting & Cruel,

Reminding you that you are on borrowed time…

Still..,

That is overcome by the love I have surrounding me, reminding me that all is not lost.

As it was said to me by my spiritual mentor, ” As long as you are alive, there is always Hope…” – Apostle M. Waller

HOPE is my Anchor in this Storm.

An anchor held firmly in my grip…

HOPE, everlasting…

What does your ideal home look like?

Wish list:

Main floor, basement, second floor, home office, home theater – and I mean real deal home theater with Popcorn & candy.

Has to be by water, a private community lake, or ocean front above Sea level property.

There are plenty of rooms for family and friends.

JACUZZI

SPA

Outdoor FULL ENTERTAINMENT SPACE

And a garage leaking Horsepower!

With a racetrack… mmm… Driveway, with 3 elevation changes, simulating A JAPANESE TOGUE RALLY COURSE!
