If you had to get a tattoo right now, what would it be and why?
My 1st Tattoo will be a Blue PHOENIX rising out of ashes.
It symbolizes my Fight against Multiple Sclerosis.
My fight against depression
My Desire to LIVE beyond BOTH
And Blue is the color of a Male phoenix
If you could relive one day from your past, which day would it be and why?
Why?
It was what it was,
A lesson to be learned
What makes each experience worth remembering?
You know what they say..,
“There’s no time like the present”
Live in the Now.
Yesterday is learned
Tomorrow has yet to exist

What’s a moment when a stranger completely restored your faith in people?
I have had kind hearted people step up and help.
Short changed at the register.
Short on GAS $ & a friend hits you up on CASHAPP to make sure you make it home
From food to clothes Ive participated in giving to make sure whatever basic needs are met.
Their are still good people in this World which brings me Hope for the future.
An act of kindness can be a major change in a person’s life at that moment.
TRUST ME
Every bit helps that I know for a fact.
Let’s be kind enough to pay it forward.

What’s the best advice you’d give to someone younger than you?
Own your Time & if you loan your time away make sure you are well compensated for your time.
Whether in Academia on your career path, or on your parenting journey your time is your most valuable possession.
Its hard to purchase for some,
It is everything for others.
No matter where you fall on the scale
just remember that though the clock has started
The story you create inbetween is what’s going to always count.
